• Personalized and customized based on individual birth details
• Delivered in the form of consultations or PDF reports

Due to the intangible and personalized nature of astrology services, refunds are limited.

• Once a service has been booked and initiated, no refund will be provided
• Once a PDF report is delivered, it is non-refundable
• No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction, as astrology is interpretative in nature

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before work has started
• If cancellation is approved, a partial refund may be processed after deducting service/processing charges

4. Duplicate Payment

• In case of duplicate or excess payment, the extra amount will be refunded
• Users must provide valid proof of transaction

5. Delay in Service

• If there is an unexpected delay from our side, users may:

  • Request cancellation (if work has not started)
